Sarah Bentley

Sarah Bentley, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is a graduate from Texas State University in 2006, earning her BS degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She then went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2008. She received her fellowship through The Manual Therapy Institute in 2010 and her Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS) in 2012. Finally, she became a Red Raider and completed her Doctorate in Physical therapy from Texas Tech University in 2012.

Sarah is a lead instructor for both  Mid-Atlantic Manual Therapy Consultants as well as Institute for Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments.  She has also served as a mentor for The Manual Therapy Institute, graduating 15+ fellows since 2010.  As an instructor, Sarah’s passion is to help each individual reach their full potential by optimizing their current skillsets and building upon the participants unique knowledge and experiences.  Sarah recognizes that participants come from different backgrounds and she tailors her approach to meet the participants where they are in their clinical journey.  

Sarah started her career in 2008 at Concentra, serving injured workers and other Occupational Medicine needs. In 2020, Sarah joined Results Physiotherapy to start an all de novo market in Dallas Texas, which has rapidly grown to serve the surrounding communities. Results is part of the nation’s largest pure play out patient provider, Upstream Rehabilitation. In addition to her role as Regional Vice President, she also serves on the Committee of Clinical Excellence where she strives to uphold the highest standards in current practice, research, and professional development while promoting a balanced clinical culture and unified  mission throughout the organization.

Sarah is surrounded by the love and joy of her husband, Adam and three boys Ben, Will and Holden. When she is not helping to teach around the country, you can find her at the baseball fields watching her 3 boys live out their dreams.  Her motto to live by are: “Be better than you were yesterday” and “Choose Joy.”
